Project Description

The construction of a large-scale Purpose-Built Student Accommodation scheme, comprising approximately 287 purpose-built student rooms, delivered through a combination of new-build construction and the sensitive restoration of existing listed buildings.

Eleven student rooms will be accommodated within the historic buildings fronting onto Tottenham High Road, with the remaining rooms located within a contemporary new-build development to the rear of the site. The scheme also incorporates a comprehensive range of internal and external amenity spaces, including landscaped gardens and shared social areas, designed to support student wellbeing and encourage a strong sense of community.

The restoration of the listed buildings at 807 and 819–829 High Road forms a central element of the project, preserving the original street frontage and architectural character while integrating seamlessly with the new development. The scheme exemplifies a considered approach to placemaking, combining heritage conservation with the delivery of high-quality, sustainable student accommodation.

The Site

The Printworks development is located at 807 and 819–829 High Road, Tottenham, occupying a prominent position along Tottenham High Road. The site includes a series of listed heritage buildings that contribute to the historic character of the street and form an important part of the local townscape.

Situated within a key regeneration area, the site benefits from excellent accessibility and proximity to local amenities and transport links.

The scheme plays a strategic role in the ongoing regeneration of Tottenham High Road, carefully balancing the preservation of historic assets with the delivery of high-quality new development to support the area’s future growth.

Our dedicated team of experts, from the initial design concept to final completion.
