Graduate Asset Manager

As the Graduate Asset Manager within the Asset Management Team, you will be working on a large portfolio of both investment and development assets throughout the UK and Ireland whilst working towards your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) qualification. The portfolio is diverse and includes Office, Hotel, Residential and Retail developments. You will work closely with other members of the Asset Management Team and report to the Senior Asset Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Maximise Income and Value of Portfolio
• Service Charge Budget Analysis and Management
• Arrange and Co-Ordinate Works
• ESG Improvement and Compliance throughout Portfolio
• H&S Compliance
• Input on Lettings Negotiations
• Co-Ordination of Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews
• Co-Ordination of End of Tenancy Requirements
• Preparation of Board Presentations and Reports at regular intervals
• Any Other Duties as Required by Management

Education/Experience

• A Degree / Masters in Real Estate or other relevant discipline preferred – minimum 2:1 grade
• Highly motivated and driven with ability to work individually and as part of a team
• High standard of interpersonal skills, with clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Ability to work to deadlines individually and as part of a team demonstrating commitment, hardwork, enthusiasm and flexibility
• IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Good Excel skills required
• Flexibility with regards to site location within the UK & Ireland
• Candidates should have the appropriate work permit or the right to work in the UK
