As one of the UK’s largest design and build construction companies McAleer & Rushe is proud to partner with and become a Company Supporter of The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, which aims to help improve workforce welfare and wellbeing for this generation and the next.
The Lighthouse Club is the only charity across the UK and Ireland that provides emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families. This support includes a wide range of resources to assist those in the industry, including a free and confidential 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline, a text HARDHAT support service which provides one-to-one support for well-being issues and the Self Support App that provides information, advice and guidance on a number of wellbeing issues.
