The event follows several contract awards won, including the £102m student accommodation development at Crutched Friars and our expansion into wider Residential sub markets, such as Later Living. With a turnover secured at £450m for 2024, McAleer & Rushe is on target to exceed £500m in 2025 including new and live contracts focused in the Greater London area, and in most major cities across England and Scotland.
